The Faculty of Natural Sciences is lead by:

-         The Dean of Faculty elected every three years by the Council of the Faculty;

-         The Council of Faculty elected every three years by the staff of faculty and the representative of students;

-         The Vice-Dean of Faculty appointed by the dean of faculty;

-         The Chancellor of faculty appointed by the Rector of University.

    There is an Administrative Council composed by Head of Departments, the Head of Botanic Garden, the Head of Museum of Natural Sciences, the vice Dean, the Chancellor and chiefs of main administrative offices, which pursues the everyday problems. The Administration consists of the secretary of faculty, the financial office, the staff office etc.
